Konstantinos Miliouris holds a degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Information Technology on Management from the University of the West of Scotland, as well as a Master’s degree in Health Administration. He is a PhD.c. in Information Technology in Health. His research interests are primarily focused on information systems and health economics.
